That experience led him to develop apps for everyday jobs—from organising supplier invoices and VAT records to managing staff requests. The competitions platform began as a bit of fun for customers at Byrnes. It grew through word of mouth, without advertising, into a product developed for other pubs. Ciara brings creativity, a coach’s approach and a focus on clear communication. Together, we combine practical experience with thoughtful design, making tools that people feel comfortable using. His experience behind the bar helps him understand the time pressures and repetitive tasks publicans face. His qualifications include a Special Purpose Award in eBusiness & Social Media and a Microsoft Digital Skills Certificate. Co-founder · Creative partner & certified coach Ciara helps shape the design, wording and overall experience of our projects. With QQI Instructor Training and experience helping people reach their goals, she brings care and clarity to how we explain and present our work. Bringing together research on over 540 Offaly natives who served in the American Civil War. Each profile is generated from detailed research, connecting design with the stories behind the data.
