1. Introduction
Welcome to FormToWeb. These Terms & Conditions govern the operation of competitions hosted on our platform. By participating in any competition, users agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
• Participants must be 18 years or older to enter any competition.
• Proof of age may be required before awarding any prize.
• Competitions are open to residents of Ireland unless otherwise stated.
• Employees of the competition organiser and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Rules
• Each competition has specific entry requirements, including ticket purchase or free entry methods where applicable.
• Entries must be submitted before the stated closing date.
• No automated or bulk entries are allowed.
4. Payments & Fees
• Entry fees (if applicable) are clearly stated on the competition page.
• Payments must be made through approved payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• All entry fees are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the competition is cancelled by the organiser.
5. Winner Selection & Prize Distribution
• There will be various competitions hosted on the platform, each with its own rules.
• The number of prize places and prize distribution for each competition will be determined by the competition organiser (club), and the specific rules for each competition will be outlined on its respective page.
• Winners are selected randomly using a verifiable method (e.g., random number generator).
• The decision of the organiser is final and binding.
• Winners will be notified via the contact details provided upon entry.
• Prizes must be claimed within the specified timeframe, or they may be forfeited.
6. Responsible Gambling & Age Verification
• All competitions comply with the Gambling Regulation Act 2024.
• Participants must confirm they are 18+ via the Age Gate verification before entry.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

• Email addresses and personal information may be collected by both FormToWeb and the competition organiser (club) for competition-related purposes.
• Organisers may use collected emails for updates, winner notifications, and marketing communications only if participants have provided explicit consent.
• A tick box will be included on entry forms allowing participants to opt-in to receive marketing emails from FormToWeb and/or the competition organiser.
• If email addresses are shared with third parties (e.g., sponsors or partners), a separate opt-in tick box will be provided.
• Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for prize fulfillment.
• Participants may request data removal or opt out of marketing at any time by contacting FormToWeb or the competition organiser.
8. Limitation of Liability
• FormToWeb is a facilitator and does not directly operate or manage individual competitions.
• We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or fraudulent entries.
• Organisers must comply with all relevant laws regarding fundraising and competition operations.
9. Modifications & Termination
• We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
• Competitions may be suspended or cancelled if required by law or unforeseen circumstances.
